Job Summary   

Handle the installation, maintenance & after sales service of the available equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle all technical operations related to available equipment.
  • Ensure the installation, repair, maintenance and after sales support of available equipment.
  • Provide and/or assist in providing appropriate training on available equipment and/or any other equipment as may be required by the CSDM/Technical supervisor.
  • Participate in trainings, whether in Lebanon or abroad, as may be required by the CSDM/Technical supervisor.
  • Endeavour to sign maintenance agreements with clients regarding available equipment as may be indicated by the CSDM/Technical Supervisor.
  • Follow up in coordination with the Technical Coordinator on customers’ calls and requests for intervention, and make sure these problems are solved accordingly in the shortest delays.
  • Perform other duties related to the field.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, higher degree and certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of respective equipment and their updates.
  • Attention to detail, analytical, listening and problem solving skills.
  • Good presentation & Training Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good team player.
  • Dynamic, loyal, trustworthy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus).
